The natural style of shapes of the slightly elevated and curved, accentuated seats invite people to float above the ground, in an environment where they can reflect upon their true self. In perfect balance, SPA confronts modern, timeless design with an Asian style of shapes, placing an emphasis on spiritual comprehension of the world, on nature, and human beings in its design process.
The Zen-inspired design of the SPA collection appreciates the expressive character of the bronze-colored DEDON fiber, which, with the addition of metallic color particles, reflects discreet lighting effects – a symbol of positive energy flow in the mindset of Asian cultures.
Following the principles of the Far Eastern movement of solitude, the straightforward mesh structure has its foundation in the naturalness of a spiritual view of the world, in the clear language of shape and design.
White, the color evoked by light and representing peace and calmness in modern design and fashion, also reflects a longing for lightness and grace that is no longer exclusive to purists. The BARCELONA collection, a genuine DEDON classic, is available in Bronze and now a new colour, chalk.
